Shipping & Returns

All orders placed by 11PM PST, Monday thru Friday will ship out the same business day.

We ship via all major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service. Unfortunately, customers are unable to specify the carrier of their choice.

On rare occasions we may face an unforeseen delay in shipping your order. We will notify you by email if we determine your order will not ship by the timeframe stated on each item's product page. This is very rare and typically only occurs if there is a power failure or inclement weather.

Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. You should receive your products within 5 business days from the day you order them.

Expedited Shipping: We offer Next Day and 2 Day shipping for most items.

PO Box Shipping: We can ship most items to a PO Box. If we determine that an item cannot be shipped to a PO Box, we will ask you to provide a physical shipping address.

APO/FPO Shipping: We can ship most items to APO/FPO destinations. We usually deliver such items to the US military post office within 3 - 8 business days of the day you order.

International Shipping: We currently ship Worldwide.

Terms & Conditions PLEASE READ THROUGHLY BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: HAIRsations,(HS), knows that purchasing a lace wig/unit can be an expensive investment. Often times, it can be confusing to know exactly what you want, or even what to expect when you receive your order. We want satisfied customers, and we are happy, when you are happy.

Unfortunately, HS does not offer refunds. All Sales are Final.

HS does offer a three day exchange on our stock wigs. Once you receive your wig you have a total of three business days to contact us to exchange it for a different one. HS does not accept returns or exchanges on wigs that have been worn, styled, adjusted, washed, lace cut, hair cut, adhesive applied, glued, taped, or altered in anyway. If the wig is not to your liking, an exchange will be offered as long as the wig is in the same condition you received it in. A stock wig can only be exchanged for another stock wig for equal or lesser value. We do not resend you another stock wig until we receive, inspect and approve the original wig intact. We only allow (1) exchange per order. Exchanges are solely based on availability.

We will not pay for return shipping from you to our store, you are solely responsible for the shipping charge. Nor do we refund the original shipping charges for returns if customer is unhappy with the order.

CUSTOM LACE WIGS and HAIR CARE PRODUCTS such as tapes, adhesives, solvents, shampoos, and conditioners are non-returnable. You must notify our Customer Care Center in writing, by email, fax, standard mail or by phone regarding your issue and before returning any item you must get confirmation from an authorized staff member.

Closures, Frontals, and Wefts: The same terms and conditions listed for Lace Wigs, apply to Closures, Frontals and Wefts. Our IN STOCK closures, frontals and wefts come in single drawn hair only, which appears slightly layered so the hairs are not a definite length, the length is quoted as approximate. Weight of wefted hair are an average weight, the actual weight may be slightly more or less then 4 oz. Most full head weaves require 6-8 oz of hair depending on head size and desired fullness. Length of curly and wavy weave hair is measured stretched. Colors, textures, wave and curl patterns of different packages cannot be guaranteed they will be exactly the same, each package may differ slightly. All other terms and conditions listed also appy to these items.

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS WITHOUT PRIOR CONFIRMATION.

Exchanges received without confirmation will be refused and returned to sender. Packaging must be accompanied with original invoice and all documents received with order. When packing wig be sure to tape package securely. Make sure you ship the unit back to the address it was shipped from.

Our Return and Exchange Policy only applies to purchases from HAIRsations. We do not honor exchanges or returns for purchase from other vendors, resellers or e-bay auctions. We recommend you insure the package and track shipment. HS does not accept COD. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or delayed shipments. Item must be prepaid prior to delivery.

If for any reason you are authorized to return a package, we recommend you pay for insurance and request a signature confirmation upon delivery. This will assure your package was delivered appropriately with signed documentation of the transaction. If you return a package without insurance or a signature confirmation and we do not receive the package, you take full responsibility for the item(s) that were suppose to be returned. HS is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Custom Order Deposit: Production of unit typically begins within 24hours of confirmation and payment. Once it goes to production we cannot make any changes. A 50% non refundable deposit is due upon placement of order and the balance is due before delivery.

Cancellations: If you decide to cancel your custom order after 24 hours of confirmation your deposit will not be refunded.

Abandonment: Orders are considered abandon after 25 days and reasonable attempts by phone and email to contact customer for delivery. Consequently, your deposit is lost and store credit will not be issued.

Stock Order Refund: If the item has not been shipped, we will refund your money in full. (Remember, we typically ship within 24 hours). If the item has been shipped we request you return package upon delivery . Once item is returned in its original packaging we will refund your money less 15% restocking fee. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Store Credit: Store credit is available for a total of six months from date of issue.

Store Sales: All store sales items are non refundable, no exchanges, no returns. All sales are final. NO exceptions.

SHIPPING: Domestic and International

INSURANCE: For domestic and international we insure all packages and require a signature confirmation upon delivery. Remember once your items are shipped HS is no longer responsible. Since we insured all packages we will file a claim on your behalf for a refund if the package is lost during transit.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Typically, we ship orders by USPS, however on occasion we may use another carrier such as UPS,Fed Ex or DHL.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Shipments out of U.S.A are normally delivered within 3-10 business days. Please note, customs or other postal officials can delay the delivery time. If this happens, please understand HS has no control over the situation. Your order can be held up for reasons such as taxes, duties or broker fees and you, the buyer will be held responsible for fees due. HS has no way of knowing this will happen prior to shipment.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION: When HS ships your order you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. This tracking number will allow you to track your order for confirmation of actual delivery date.

SHIPPING CHARGES: Shipping and handling charges are included during checkout . Please note, the shipping fees are automatically calculated.

DELIVERY: Custom orders are normally delivered in 6-8 weeks. This is standard production time but cannot be guaranteed. Occasionally, an order is delayed due to reasons beyond our control. If we are notified of a delay we will contact you immediately and inform you of the additional time needed for delivery.

Stock orders normally ship within 24 hours after payment and confirmation. If an item is not in stock, we will notify you.
